Can you help me clean up this jpg file?

I don't know how to clean this up so that it will cut nice and clean. Can someone PLEASE help me?

The file is too small to get a good trace.

It is a rather simple design, and i would just recreate it. By drawing over top of the design, you can get the shape of the car by moving the nodes around, add some rectangles for the lines, and find a text that you like.
