please help I'm lost

Can someone please convert this I have tried and can't figure it out I need it to say in lot not on trail as it does in picuter

Thank you so much talanhart You are the greatest The store where I live is near a river everyday there is about 20 or 30 ducks in the parking lot the owner has been looking for a sign like this I said I'd try So thank you so much
