Does anyone have a file for a cupcake wrapper for St Patrick's day?

If you need a pattern for the wrapper just do a search, there are a lot of them. Then search for a shamrock for the decoration.

Heatherm posted a tutorial on how to add the cutout for them.

Now I just want to get creative and make the cut outs..I am off to learn to weld..
