Can you change the mat view on scal 1

Hi, I wanna lay something out long wise on my program. Can you change the mat view from 12x24 to 24x12? I have been knee deep into flipping and trying to center when everything goes skewed and I can't undo and I have to start all over. It would be much simpler to just change the mat view. Can we do it? Thanks!

When you select the 24" mat, the mat is 24" left to right. You want it 24" top to bottom?
