HELP WITH CONVERTING TO AN SVG

I have tried so many different times to convert this image to an svg file but haven't been able to do it. Would anyone be able to help me? Thank you.

I decided to add a jpg of the converted tree. some of the poka dots are not in the same place but the intent was there.
