Help with version 2

Help!!! The last few days I have tried to cut using version 2 and everytime I do it cuts a line right thru the design I am working on . It is not doing in version 1. Any ideas???

I always try to remember to preview it...

Then you will know how it will cut... For some reason the cutter is always on 6x12... you have to make sure it's 12x12 or 12x24

Thank you Shelly however that did not work .
Cricut starts out cutting straight lines right in the begaining and then cuts my design. It ruins the design . It only happen on version 2 .

Yeah, I did. I have been using version 2 since it came out in July. Wondering if I should reactive. Any thoughts before I do?

Open your design back up in Inkscape if you are using it and hit view to view outlines and make sure there are no extra lines left in there...

I had that same thing to happen to me. I had used the SCAL2 for a couple of days and then it started doing that. It is actually reverting back to the trial version. I emailed them and they told me to reactivate. They also said that it would not count as my second download. Hope this helps!

I also bought version 2 and it worked a few days, now everytime I open scal it says there is an more recent update of 2 again. I asked how to get this newer version and this is what I got from craftedge, was to view topics on here, THAT IS NOT HELP.What a waste of money............
