I was looking for a font or the cartridge that is similiar. Does anyone know where I can get this.

The character map is available here. http://www.dafont.com/mellowfonts1.font Also, do a search for "hello kitty coloring page" on the internet you will get several more choices.

tried to download this file will not let me put into true fonts any suggestion I did unzip file too..

What operating system are you using? See here for how to install fonts on Windows OS. http://www.scrappingtable.com/helpwithfonts.html
I didn't install this font, but just opened it, and looked like it worked fine in SCAL.

There's a free font called Antsy Pants that matches the fancy letters on the Hello Kitty font cartridge exactly.
