Font Window Does Not Show Up

I am new to this forum, just got my SCAL on Wednesday 4/8. I can't get the Fonts Window to come up. I have tried several times, by going to

Window-Fonts, and my computer acts like it's gonna bring it up, but there is nothing, I have even minimized my SCAL screen, thinking it had popped up in the back, but I can't get it to come up. I only see the Arial Font in the Font Table. How can I get it back?

Have you tried clicking EDIT > PREFERENCES > RESTORE DEFAULTS (then if it's still not showing, click WINDOWS > FONTS.) Hopefully that will work for you!

hi sfandm,

have you tried going to the control panel the fonts folder will appear there with an 'A' with the word fonts underneath. (Vista operating system) Once you have uploaded the font you want save it to desktop after it has been unzipped, minimise the the control panal window so that you can see the saved font on your desktop and drag the saved font file into the fonts menu. I hope that this helps.
