Windows Vista

Post by Kristy »

I just read that scal isn't supposed to work that well with Vista and you are supposed to run in XP mode if you have Vista. First of all is this true? If so, how do you go about running in XP for SCAL, is that even possible. I have been using scal with Vista and it does work, but freezes a LOT and I have to restart it at least twice for every project, which is usally just welded words as I use it mainly for scrapbooking titles. Is this normal or should I try the XP thing if it is possible. Or should I just deal and wait for the bug fixes as they come?

Right click on the program icon, left click on Properties, and then got to the Compatibility tab and check the box and change the OS to Windows XP.
