I did this a couple of years ago and now that I'm older, as they are, I don't remember how old they are and those 13,16,18,21 birthdays are so special so I am am updating to include year born....well maybe not the "big kids" but the grandkids.
I thought I'd share this again if anyone else will find it useful. I did P2C and laminated it (magnet on back) for each of our 4 children. Now that I have adult, or almost adult, grandchildren they will get one too.
