Print+Cut button not showing up with Titan2

I haven't had any issues using SCAL on any other machine, but I recently purchased a Titan2 since it was on the list of supported machines for SCAL 4. I've tested cuts and that's fine, but there is no print and cut button to be found. Is there something I'm missing? I've contacted support twice now, waited weeks, and still no response. Is there something I need to do in order to get SCAL to work with this machine?

Thanks in advance for any help! I'm hoping someone knows since I can't seem to get Craft Edge support to respond.

Best bet is to contact support@craftedge.co. There is a support form request there. They do not monitor this forum regularly.
