HELP PLEASE! Can't open my most important file...

Post by Zara »

Hello everybody

Don't know what happened. I work nearly every day with one of my files. Suddenly I get the information in the picture below.

It was real hard work for me and I need the file. Is it possible to get it back, repair it or something like this? This file is for the adventcalendar for my four children

Please if you can help me, I'd be sooooooo thankfull!!!

Best wishes from Yvonne
Have a wonderfull day!

Sorry if my english is sometimes a little funny. I'm from Germany and I do my very best so you can hopefully understand what I mean.

I'm not sure what that message means.

Are you trying to open the file and the program at the same time by clicking the file itself or do you have the Program open and opening it from there?

If you have been working on this, can you open this file from the Recent Projects Tab?
