Importing and exporting changes sizes

Importing and exporting changes sizes

Hi. I imported a png to create an svg.
When I imported it, it changed the size.
When I resized it, in ecal, then exported, it again changed the deminsions.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to stay at the correct size?
