craftedge website down?

Is the website down? I need to talk with someone on the phone at craftedge, I'm having an 3 week ongoing problem.

The craftedge site appears to be up but on the site they say they "currently do not provide phone support ". I would fill out the support form that is available on the site and state your problem and request a call and see what happens.

Really, it might be my computers I cant get on the site.. it gives me an "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.craftedge.com

all 3 computers tell me this.. ;(

I use Safari on Mac and it is working.

Try emptying your cache history.
