Do not have the option of using USB port. Only options are Com ports. Using a Serial to USB cable the cutter only cuts a random pattern and then gives error LED. Cutter works fine with several other programs. Have changed baud rates and all other settings. The serial to usb cable is ok as I tried it with another cutter. Very confusing. Any suggestions?
