It looks like from the description you dont "need" a mat. BUT...if you wanted to use a mat to feel more comfortable can you just use a cricut mat? TIA for any help.

Re: Question on the e-craft machine
I believe that you can and that you can also use repro glue on card stock and put paper on that to cut (the card acts like a mat)

Re: Question on the e-craft machine
If you are considering purchasing one, do your research!! I've heard very, very few happy customers compared to the many disappointed ones. I'd recommend a different cutter from what I've heard.Kelleysbiz wrote:It looks like from the description you dont "need" a mat. Its only $100,She wants scal2 soo bad but cant find a legal copy of it so I referred her to this as she already has an expression & doesnt "need" another cutter I just thought this would/could hold her over till a cameo maybe. At least to be able to get scal3 & learn it...uh-oh I hadnt researched it al all just enough to know that scal would work with it...I wonder if she called on it yet... thanks for the infomissiethegal wrote:If you are considering purchasing one, do your research!!
