Can anyone tell me what font this is? TIA!

Hi, all I can tell you is that it is a "serif" font but I cannot find it. If you know where you got the image perhaps the person who did it would share the font name.

Thank you for looking! I think "Teen" is the closest I found to it and that will work for my purpose! Thanks again
