Looking for spellbinder-like file

Hi. I am looking for a file similar to Spellbinders LABEL 8 cut.
I am not sure if there is a way for me to import the image (which I own) for my cuttlebug to a jpg to use it as a svg file.
But I would consider purchasing a package of shapes if anyone can suggest where to find them.
There is a photo attached for the design I am looking for.

Both are done using Inkscape. I don't remember seeing any done only in SCAL/eclips but I may be incorrect and someone will correct me for sure.

you could make that shape using the shaped bracket from almost any font "{"
four of them rotated and aligned then welded would make that shape.
