Okay, I did the copy and paste but everytime I go to shadow rounded it takes half my letter away and only leaves a small line in its place. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm sure its something I'm doing but I have tried this every day since this post.
Some fonts don't shadow well, but I found a solution here, and it works!

Go to this posting, and scroll down to HeatherM's solution. It worked great for me on the font I was having trouble shadowing. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=21287

When I shadow - I copy my text and paste it to a different spot on my mat. I set the size of the shadow I want - as in the example you posted, it has two shadows, so each one would be a little bit larger. That almost looks like a "blackout shadow".

Then make sure you WELD everything!!! That way it doesn't cut over some areas that you don't want cut.

I would put the original (black in your example) in one corner of the mat, the white in another, then the red in another corner. I then put the corresponding vinyl down on the mat in the same spots/measurements as shown on the screen. That way I can cut the whole thing in one loading of the mat. Does that make any sense? LOL!
