I just made a VOLS wordbook for my mother who is a huge UT fan, I looked for fonts, but I found that Rockwell Extra Bold did really well, at least for the lettering.

In general, doing a search with the school name and "graphic identity" will usually turn up files you can make personal use of. It is illegal to sell things with the logos as spelled out in each school's guidelines.
