SCAL2 updates still available?

Post by sblackford »

I have SCAL2 vs. 2.005, which is what I purchased. Are the additional updates still available? I tried to download from the Craft Edge website but my version number did not change.

You should be able to go to this link and get the latest version update. Will need your serial number to do so.

Yes, then it gives me the Mac Installer and when I proceed I get that info. I went through with it and it loaded a new version, but it was in a separate file, it didn't just update my current version. When trying to open either they were very slow to load while in the past I never had trouble loading SCAL2. I had to do a Force Quit to get out of them.

It sounds like you are getting the actual file. Just a shot in the dark....but do you have a flash drive that you can try downloading the file to first? Then try to install from there.

Also, do you have any virus scan running that might be slowing down the process?
