Does anyone have a file that's ready to cut of a simple megaphone? I really only need the outside lines, absolutely nothing fancy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!TIA!

I have tried and tried and tried to manipulate some clipart that I have in Inkscape and am throwing in the towel for a bit Does anyone have a file that's ready to cut of a simple megaphone? I really only need the outside lines, absolutely nothing fancy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
