Print & Cut with the Silhouette Cameo

I am trying to use the Print & Cut feature with SCAL and my Silhouette Cameo and I cannot get it to work (it worked in Silhouette Studio, Reg Marks were different than SCAL square in the left corner & black lines bottom & right). I have set my mat size to 8 1/2 x 11 my REG marks are .500 (L & R) .395 (T & B). I print out my paper and everything looks right (Reg Marks are RED, Left, Right & Bottom). I then load onto my mat choose cut and it says it cannot find the Red Marks. It will sometimes lock up on me and I have to exit through Task Manager. Not sure what I am doing wrong or right. Any insight would be appreciated.

I don't know, but someone will answer soon... or contact support for SCAL or your cutter to ask the question, maybe.
