Hi Heather I did try running under an emulator, got windows all set up etc but then had a problem of trying to install the usb port driver - windows couldn't see it so refused to install the driver :-( Looks like I'm running out of ideas here... Any other good brands of cutting machine that will wor...

I thought I did

I used the 'contact tech support' page off the main web site - am sure it came up with a 'we usually respond within 2/3 days prompt at the end too

Unless anyone knows of a more 'direct' address I could use?

Dont know about anyone else, but I'm getting a '404 error' (page not found) when trying to access http://www.craftedge.com main web site.

Is it down!?

Has ProvoCraft found it and thought 'we cant have this!' and forced it down!?!?
