Can someone do Mississippi State for me?? I can't get InkScape to trace it for me!

Can someone please help me? I only have SCAL 1 and cannot seem to get Inkscape to trace this for me...can someone please help me out?

I just wanted to say that this is the BEST group I have been a part of! I have learned more from reading all of the posts than I have found on the entire internet! I know that I do not post a whole lot but I wanted to let all of you know that "ya'll" are AWESOME!!!

I only have SCAL 1, I do not have the trace feature. That is why I have to use InkScape and can never get it to work correctly.

This is the only one I have...found it on a google search.

Could someone help me get this converted to an SVG? I cannot get inkscape to do it for me.
