I purchase some files but they are ai and eps extensions but I can't open them. Can someone convert them to svg files?

I had previously downloaded this ballet design but since my computer crashed, I can't seem to find it again. Does anyone recognize it and can point me in the direction to repurchase it?

I just tried to open it and it is still filled..I would like it to be an open fleur de lis so that when I place it on my tile, you can see the color of the tile in the middle. Does that make sense? Or like a stencil? I am new to all of this and it is showing..sorry!

Here is a fleur de lis that I am trying to get an outline of but for the life of me, I can't figure it out!! Is there a way to do it with SCAL?
