ok think I have got it. I had a break and came back started again and did the union path, shadow and it has worked.

Nope, there is only 1 r in the word......here is a screen shot

The r is welded to the other letter, there is a red and grey line on the r.

I have used the path union and it removes the r like in the shadow

It is showing the red lines on the r for the letter cut but it is still missing on the shadow.

I have removed and copy and pasted and redone and it is still the same on the shadow

Thanks to gj1 for answering my last post, I have now managed to make my first title......well nearly. I have made Head, Shoulders, knees and Toes and shadowed but the 'r' in shoulders is not shadowing. Any advice on why or what to do to make it shadow. I have attached the SVG so you can have a look ...

I have been having a play today and managed to weld a title together but cant get teh shadow on it correct.

Will go to tutorials and start at the beginning and also look at your links.

I am looking for a 'Head, shoulders, knees and Toes' title with also the 'bubble' (if that is the correct word) to go round the wording in a different colour.

Also if someone could point me in the direction of a tutorial for doing this please. Not sure what to look for

Following on from my thread about sleeves for cups can some one please seperate this pic and turn it into an SVG.
