Hi,
I just wanted to say I finally figured this out. When sending the design to my cutter I changed the "cut mode" to WYSIWYG and everthing cut as expected! Another note in my cutting reference file for this now happy cutter.

Problem with SCAL PRO 4 file with draw and cut lines . . .
I am trying to create a gift tag in SCAL Pro 4 and send it to my Silver Bullet. The design has both draw and cut lines. It draws fine, then the machine stops, I hit the cutter button again in SCAL, reset the settings to reflect the blade and the V & F numbers and click ok. Then I have to tell th...

Re: How to cancel (remove) effects/line fill.
Susan,
Thanks, I did download and install again so now I have the "remove effect" option under the Object menu.
I appreciate your help.

Re: How to cancel (remove) effects/line fill.
I just checked, I have the most current download (SCAL Pro 4.035).
I've looked under the Object menu and there is no "remove effect" option.

Re: How to cancel (remove) effects/line fill.
Hi,
With an object selected, I clicked on Effects menu. From that drop down menu I clicked on Line Fill. From there I set the settings I wanted. Worked great when I set it up as a Cut Line Type of draw. But when I decided to go back to a cut line, I couldn't get rid of the effect.
Thanks.

Re: How to cancel (remove) effects/line fill.
I am using SCAL 4 Pro, if that is important in the solution.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

How to cancel (remove) effects/line fill.
Okay, I give up, how do I remove an effect I applied to an object? I was going to draw the design with the line fill, but after testing decided to cut it instead and layer paper, but I can't figure out how to stop the effect.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Kathy

Two wishes . . .
Hi, I almost hate to ask, because I'm so impressed with this program and the constant updates that are being done. That said, I too would LOVE to see two things, both of which are probably much more difficult to accomplish than they seem to me. 1) A simulated video preview of the file to be cut. Thi...

Hi, I don't know if it's appropriate to respond to this, but . . . item 11, launching the library . . .here's what I did because it drove me nuts: a) Closed the Library (clicking the red dot in the upper left of the Library screen) b) Opened the Window menu across the top of the screen and selected ...
