Make 2 circles one inside the other. In Inkscape: Open your page Draw a circle the size you need (drawing a thick circle will not give you a double cut as Inkscape will read it as a single line) Select your circle then Ctrl D at this point you won't see any difference as the cloned image is put over...

I have found that the .scut retains its svg image if you open it from within SCAL using File>Open project. Double clicking on the file just opens an empty box. Also before I save as .svg in Inkscape I do a last select all Path>Object to path.

GSD is a CAD type file format may only be opened by Graphtec software ie in our case ROBOmaster, Wishblade, Silhouette software.
