I have a design someone drew for me to cut with my cricut, but it keeps making my program not respond. Can anyone help me? I don't know what is going on and I need to get this design done

I bought a GYPSY. played with a few minutes. I couldnt get it to turn off so left it lay. Now it will not turn on. I tried to connect to computer for power and nothing. So used wall plug in and no turn on there either. Yikes. Can anyone help me.
