Hope sure cuts a lot can support the multiple pages with nesting, so when nesting it can automatically place the objects on the additonal pages, and sort by colors.
And in the Cutting task it can cut the page by page.
If so SCAL would be a big winner.

SCAL6 does not move shapes to another page when nesting. That's something you would need to do manually, at this time. You can now select by color or, if you have the Pro version of SCAL, you can Cut by color but only based on the current page.
