I am getting married and want to print out Mickey Mouse head outline on paper that has seeds in it. Do you think it could handle cutting little seeds? It can be used in the printer so its not that textured. I think if I go slow it should do it.

I have cut glitter paper with the glitter side down. You might want to reverse your image and try cutting it this way.

I think the seeds will be on both sides, but I think it will work.

Todd, when you put the glitter paper glitter side down, didn't the glitter stick to the mat?

The paper that I cut was really thick and the glitter didn't peel off the paper when I removed it from the mat. I did have to use Multi cut and cut it two times.

I never thought to turn my glitter paper upside down. Did you have any problems with it not sticking to the mat? Why did you turn it upside down? I have cut it using multicut, but I always put it glitter side up (glitter side is TOUGH and makes lots of dust).

I had to turn it upside down, because it wouldn't cut right side up. The blade just scraped across the glitter. To get it to stick I did have to clean the mat with a wipe and let it dry. I was cutting the word Memories, so I did reverse the artwork.

OK, I guess I just kept using multi-cut until the blade got through it (very dusty). Will try it upside down next time.

Sorry for hijacking the thread earlier. I think it depends on the seeds. Small seeds shouldn't be a problem, but thick seeds probably wont cut. You could probably either use a craft knife cut cut them afterwards, or maybe just snap them.

It is ok that you hijacked the thread, I was interested about cutting on glitter paper also.
I went and ordered the paper and I think the seeds are small enough for the blade.
Thanks for all the help!
