Diagonal weave basket in vinyl tarp

Basket was cut from two pieces of non-adhesive vinyl billboard tarp that was printed on both sides. I put the two pieces of tarp at right angles to each other, then wove the walls. This project might work well in paper also. To finish the raw edges I glued another piece of tarp around the top edge. Suitable glues are Vyna-Bond or Lepage Flexible Plastic Adhesive. I also use UHU stick to make the vinyl tarp stick to the Cricut Expressions cutting mat. Max pressure and Max blade depth, and fast cutting speed.
