Titan 2 & Sure Cuts A Lot ver 5 - not cutting fist object correctly

I have a Titan 2 and for some reason the first object being cut is being cut 1 inch short.
The rest align and cut just fine.
I also have ver 3 and 4 and they cut on the same machine just fine. I even used version 4 to open the file and it cut it just fine. I tried it again in 5 and it still cut it one inch short.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how do you correct it ?
