Any tips on where to buy vinyl, best selections, prices, and shipping charges? I've looked at H&H, but didn't know if there were others.

I buy from Signwarehouse for Black and White vinyl. For colors, I buy from H & H.

If you are looking for outdoor/crafting vinyl only, I have a great place with super cheap prices. They are CnC Signs. The information including pricing is on my blog. (They only have the outdoor type)

http://www.expressionsvinyl.com sells it by the sheet for $1.89 and they have cheap shipping.
Lots of colors and some fun holiday colors as well.
