Craft Edge

Hi, I saw that this question was posed already, but for the answers to go to someone's e-mail. I have been trying to figure out how to do this for some time now and have never been successful. I would like to be able to do the following:

Find a dingbat that I like and be able to use it in SCAL.
~I'm not sure if I would have to touch it up in Inkscape or not, which I kind of know how to do.

I know how to download the font, but am unsure how to unzip it so that I can use it in Inkscape and SCAL.

Any help would be so wonderful, as I have a lot of images I am wanting to download and cut out.

You need to either unzip and install it, or you can simply open it, leave it open, then open the program you want to use it in. The second option is good if it isn't something you will use often. See this tut for more on installing fonts. http://www.scrappingtable.com/helpwithfonts.html

I usually use Inkscape on all of my fonts because even if it is a simple shape, a lot of them have jagged edges or lines and will be better with a little editing.
