SCAL not working properly

[PWP]

I am having issues cutting with SCAL 5 Pro and using a Summa plotter. It may skip entire words or not complete the job.
I usually draw patterns. But, the drawing goes off line or takes off in a wild direction. I have sent a complaint and pictures to support team on the 19th.
