How long does tech support normally take?

I've been running SCAL successfully for about 18 months, including the latest
upgrade purchased on 22 July 2009. This morning it was working fine on a big project for back to school. Then I
had to shut down and reboot and now every time I try to start SCAL, I get an
error message that the trial version has expired.

I've removed SCAL through the control panel and reinstalled, but I'm still
getting this error message. What can I do to get it running again.

The Customer Support from Craft Edge has always been soooo much better than that from Provo Craft, but I wish they would allow telephone support. I'm in the middle of a big project and have waited all afternoon to hear back from them.............sigh................

mine did that and I just reentered my number and all is well again. Hope that works.
