Craft Edge

I am using the Sure Cuts A Lot software and attempting to cut vinyl. I need to figure out how to transfer it on to a surface without having to replace it. I have the transfer tape...I just can't figure out the process.

This has to be posted somewhere on the boards but I can't find it Any help or direction to a video would be much appreciated!!
