Has anyone done an A2 box in svg?

Here is a pattern. You can scale it to any size.

can u tell me what these are used for. i might need one if i knew.

These were designed to hold the A2 size envelopes and cards, but you could cut them at any size. You could use it to store anything that is relatively flat.
