SCAL 4 and macOS Big Sur

I just purchased a Titan3 and I have a Macbook/MacOS/Big Sur/Version 11.0.1 . I updated my laptop to Big Sur a few weeks back but the software is not communicating with Titan3. Please help!!!!

Do you get an error message or does nothing happen at all?
One thing to check... find out what Baud Rate is set on your Titan 3. Note that you might have to check the user manual or contact US Cutter for help. Then, in SCAL4, go to Cutter>Cutter Settings and you'll find the Baud Rate drop-down menu with 8 different available settings. Make sure that there's a match between the setting on the Titan3 itself and what SCAL4 has selected.
