I know it must be easy to convert this to a svg file but the thing is I have no time to try to learn it...

I need it as soon as possible

your cut lines at the top where the curves are would be cut off using this image. (look at the bottom left one) so if anyone took the time to do it, it would need work. you could try a better scan , make sure all the peices are complete in the scan.
