Since I said there hadn't been much sharing and I haven't been very creative, I sat myself down today and created this card. I am not sharing since I do not remember where I got the Tulip, but there are a bunch out there.
I did it in Inkscape, but SCAL or eCal will work just fine, I am just faster at Inkscape. It is not "fancy" or difficult, even a beginner can do it.....
