Using a Silver Bullet machine, Offline -> Test cuts a small rectangle. How can I change the Speed and Force parameters when making a Test cut?
When changing cut media, this is a helpful step.

You need to do that on the control panel of the SB itself. Once you have the optimum settings, then change them in the Cut Settings window in SCAL.
