I have the sure cuts a lot 2 . When I try to open it , it only opens for about 3 sec then closes again. Does anyone know why?
If it used to work and now does not you may have updated your computer OS beyond scal reach, you can perhaps upgrade your scal2 to the last version at craftedge.com.
What version of scal do you have?
What s your OS version?
What cutter are u using as is its software it?
