Cut speed won't save in presets scal 4 pro?

I am using Scal 4 pro with a Black cat cougar pro, and a Silhouette cameo. I have been creating cutting presets for various materials. The speed on the cougar always sets at 2mm/s no mater what current speed I have it set to when I save the preset. The cameo is similar with the speed always setting to 1. I can select the preset and then manually increase the speed before cutting. I just can't save it with or without it's check box being selected in the preset save dialogue window.
