Craft Edge

ok i have a red white and blue state of texas SVG on my mat.... i need to cut the design in half down the middle first..... can someone help do this...
the end result i am trying to achieve is cutting the red, white and blue sections separately so that i am not wasting material......so i need it cut in half from top to bottom then cut the right half in half again from right to left... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME....??????????????????

Hi, I am happy to help but it would be faster if you posted the svg file you are working with and tell me what version of scal you use since there are many ways to do it easily in either product. Would you prefer that the result is a scal file or an svg?
