I would like to have text curve around the top and bottom of an image. I know the wrapper feature curves the words, but I can't get it to curve around the bottom. I was able to make it into a circle, but then the text is just in a circle rather than being able to read the top and the bottom wordings separately.

You need to change the Curved Text setting to Inside for the bottom line.
