Scal 3 pro only cutting half my design

I have SCAL 3 Pro and us a US Cutter MH MK2 and when I try to cut my design it only cuts half and that part has what looks like a lightening bolt cut through it. Can someone tell me how to fix this before I have a breakdown :)
