Craft Edge

I love this program, it is so much easier than the Art Cut program that came with my ASC365 24" cutter, the problem is when I go to the "My Cutter" and Manage all cutters the ASC365 does not come up in the options and when I try to use a different cutter name it says it can not find my cutter. Please help, Thanks so much!
